Salesforce.com co-founder Parker Haris discusses Force.com for Google AppEngine with the SD Times: "Startup cloud-computing solution provider Appirio collaborated with Harrah's Casino Hotels to developer a Web application that connects a slot machine Web service, hosted on Google App Engine, with CRM data from Force.com. The composite application tracks gameplay and issues reward points to Harrah's VIP customers."
